Commenced in 2017 the programs aim is to remove the rabbits from the 100 hectare feral proof fenced site to enable the reintroduction of the original indigenous terrestrial marsupial. protect flora and fauna at the site.

Species that will be reintroduced to the site include Bandicoots, Bettongs and Potoroos.

The program has been run as a coordinated program with the Briars Rangers and Eco-Agri working together on an integrated monitoring and control program which included baiting, fumigation and shooting to remove the rabbits.
